Fort Lauderdale, Florida
For
years, Fort Lauderdale was known for its chaotic spring-break crowd.
Recently, however, the area was renovated to include a strip of
spotless beaches, restaurants, bars and retail stores. The Fort
Lauderdale Promenade has transformed the area into a well-maintained
shopping district for the yachting crowd, where one can jog, walk,
skate, bike or go boating.
Port Everglades, the deepest and best known harbor in the state,
is home to more than 35 cruise-line ships.
Located downtown is the
Riverwalk
which links together many of Fort Lauderdale's entertainment,
shopping, dining and nightlife hotspots. Following the banks of the
winding New River,
Riverwalk
includes an extensive network of parks, museums, attractions, shops
and educational institutions which extend from
Las Olas
Boulevard to the
Broward
Center for the Performing Arts. In the cultural district you
will find the Museum
of Discovery and Science and the
Museum of Art.
A stroll down
Las Olas
Boulevard will reward you with quaint sidewalk cafes,
bookstores, specialty shops and various art galleries. For detailed
information visit

The streets in Old Town Key West are narrow and congested so driving
around town is not recommended. Instead park your car for the day
and take the
Old Town Trolley -- (305) 292-8906 --
historical tour and see Key West at your own pace. Many tourists
like to explore the island by

Miami, Florida
Many resorts dot the map of Miami, from Bal Harbour down to the famous South Beach. Vacationers will enjoy the exciting nightlife, unique cultural enclaves and diverse population which make Miami a world-famous vacation getaway. For visitors torn between "getting away from it all" and "being a part of it all," Miami offers the best of both worlds, with a blend of 21st century and Old-World architecture, the Miami Dolphins pro footbal team, family-friendly attractions, leisurely sunbathing & colorful big-city culture.
Downtown Miami has a handful of landmarks and museums such as the Historical Museum of Southern Florida and the Gusman Center for Performing Arts. Walk along Biscayne Bay where you'll find a memorial located in Bayfront Park dedicated to the astronauts of the Challenger Space shuttle and the Bayside Marketplace, a lively Bahamian-style shopping area.
Miami Beach is divided into two sections. To the north you will find many large hotels right on the beach and to the south is Miami Beach's famous Art Deco district, South Beach. Visitors from all over the world flock to this area year round to enjoy fascinating nightlife, the beach and spending money in the area's chic shops and galleries.
Although South Beach's reputation stems from its "good-time" atmosphere it also carries its weight in cultural activities. Just off Dade Boulevard, in the middle of Miami Beach, the Bass Museum of Art is part of the city's plan to create a "cultural campus" between 21st and 23rd Street. Other interesting sites to visit while in the area are the Ziff Jewish Museum of Florida, the Holocaust Memorial and the Jackie Gleason Theater of Performing Arts.

Very Good Van Rental Service: I own a small flower shop in Brooklyn and this past week our delivery van broke down and i was in serious need of a vehicle. I called all over but every company had there prices so high it would have cost me far too much money to make my delivery's. I was lucky enough to stumble across the name and number of Image Rent A Car and there deal they worked out for me made it feasible to rent the van and keep all my scheduled delivery's. I want to thank Image for saving my week and being so great in working out a special price for the van and the extra miles I ended up needing.
The Van Rental Company in New York For ME: While vacationing in
New York City the last October 2006, my husband and I ( Chaviva)
rented a car from Passenger Van Rentals New York in NYC New York. To
keep a long story short, I won the trip so all the arrangements were
pretty much made for us, keep this in mind. We got off the plane and
headed for the area labeled Rental Cars. The location was outside,
which was fine, and we sat on a wood bench to wait for the big green
bus tof the holiday Inn Hotel take us to the JFK Holiday Inn Lobby
office. I'm here to tell you that we didn't wait more than 6
minutes! Literally! The bus driver actually got out of his seat to
help us load our luggage and he even smiled! (You don't see that
very often anymore, especially in New York City) :-) We kept the car
for 3 days and returned it in Kennedy Airport JFK NY. We simple
pulled up behind a line of other "returns" and got out to unload. A
very friendly lady with a small computer in her hand came over to
confirm our information. She entered a few numbers, like mileage and
all that, into her unit and said, "Thank you." Again, we're thinking
this is too easy! Passenger Van Rentals New York really did make it
very easy for the traveler, professional or not. They were very
courteous and friendly. I would gladly rent another car, truck, SUV
or whatever from Passenger Van Rentals New York
